NEXT ISSUE PREVIEW

The Winter 2004 issue of Reform Judaism magazine, to be received in homes by mid November, is scheduled to contain the following articles:

  • “The Xmas Mirror” by Joshua Plaut—Christmas has become a prism through which we Jews can see ourselves.
  • “Echoes of Our Ancestors” by Richard N. Levy—The power of our ancestors' echo has propelled our sense of commandedness from generation to generation.
  • “Deciding To Forgive” by Jane R. Plitt—After Rosemarie Molser’s best childhood friend Inge betrayed her--disclosing a critical remark she’d made to the Nazis—Rosemarie lost her father, her friends, and her homeland. Nearly seventy years later, she agrees to see Inge again, wondering if it’s time to reconcile.

And much more!
